How do the masks fit?

I ordered the wrong size / design / qty , can I change it?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed and processed, you will not be able to change your order. Our masks are made to order, so we have no inventory on hand. So please double check your order before submitting it!
How long until I receive my order?
Current Production time from Order to Day of Shipment is around 2-3 weeks.
Why so long?
As you probably know, the demand for masks are high, and because we make our masks from print, press, cut, to sew, our production process takes time. Our seamstresses can only sew so much in a day.
Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
Keep in mind, we can't guarantee a date of delivery, but will do everything we can to get your order to you asap!

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the US, including Alaska, and of course our Hawaiian Islands.
Yup. It will cost a bit more, but we do ship internationally!
Can I pick up my order instead?
Due to the current situation and our location (within Hawaii Self Storages), we want to avoid pickups as much as possible. However, if shipping is not an option at all for you.
How do I know when my order ships?
Once your shipping label is created (usually day before actual shipment) you will receive an email (to your email used for your order) which will contain your tracking number.

Once we drop off your order to the post office, your package is out of our hands and control. To make sure this doesn't happen though, please Double-Check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your address doesn't look right, we will contact you!

Refunds / Exchanges / Returns
All Facemask sales are final. As you can understand, once your order is placed and processed, we cannot change or modify / cancel your order.
Once you receive your mask, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
Please double check your order before placing.

Where does my donated mask from my purchase go?
We are mailing all donation masks to their respective artist/designer. Each artist/designer is from different areas of Hawaii, the Mainland, and even International! They will be able to donate their masks to their communities.
Can I make a custom designed mask?
If you would like to donate artwork or design, feel free to reach out to us here!
Can I wash my mask?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to wash your mask before using. Check out our Mask Care Instructions to ensure the life of your mask, as well as your benefit from it.
